The following conditions apply:

Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Switzerland, Norway, Canada, United States, United Kingdom.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

We do not charge shipping costs.

Delivery times

For goods individually designed according to customer requirements, the proof template will be created within 1-3 working days after conclusion of the contract, the design work will be carried out and the goods will be delivered within 14 working days after approval of the proof template (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction), unless otherwise stated in the respective offer.

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within Germany within 3 - 5 working days, and for deliveries abroad within 3 - 14 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

If you pay by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
