Common questions about this sign
Do I need an electrician?
No. The sign comes with a power supply and a plug — hang it, plug it in, it lights up. Mounting hardware is included. Only for a hard-wired installation or outdoor mounting would we recommend a qualified electrician.
Can I get this design in a different size or colour?
Yes. Every sign is made only after you order anyway — message us on WhatsApp or through the request form before you buy and we'll adjust the size or the light colour. You'll get a free preview first.
How loud or hot does the sign get?
Neither. LED neon runs silently and only gets hand-warm — it can hang in a bedroom or a child's room without any concern.
What does it cost to run?
Very little. At three hours a day we're talking about a few euros a year — roughly the consumption of an efficient desk lamp.
How long until delivery?
Production starts from 3 working days after your order. After that we ship express from Germany — usually 1–3 working days within the EU. Need it by a specific date? Tell us right after ordering.
What about warranty and follow-up questions?
You get a 2-year warranty on electronics and workmanship, a proper EU invoice and a direct contact in Duisburg — by phone, email or WhatsApp, Mon–Fri 10:00–16:00 CET. Business customers with a valid EU VAT number are invoiced at 0 % VAT.
